Church Childcare Center Image

Church Childcare Center

Our Church Childcare Development Center offers full time Christian Childcare for infants through Pre-K.  In this environment children learn how to pray and they enjoy Bible stories, while also learning the basics to prepare for Kindergarten.  Students who graduate from the Church Childcare Center are some of the best prepared upon entering Lonoke Primary School.  Hours are 6:30am to 6pm Monday through Friday.

Our Development Center wants to engage kids through top level curriculum, Biblical teaching and engaged play.  It is our goal that each kid is ready to enter Kindergarten with a Biblical, educational and social foundation that will ensure success. To get more information about how to enroll a child in the center, please contact churchchildcarecenter@gmail.com.

The New Horizons Praise Band leads church members to connect with God through music that speaks to today's culture. Led by Jason and Renee Grady, this group welcomes new musicians as the balance of instruments and voices permit. Additionally, they sometimes coordinate special "guest appearances" for musicians who are not able to participate on a weekly basis. New Horizons band meets for practice on Tuesday evenings at 6 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Contact Jason or Renee Grady for more information.

The Chancel Choir meets at 6:30 on Wednesdays from Fall to Summer. This group covers a variety of musical styles of classical music as well as gospel and more contemporary music. Greg Taylor is the contact for this group.

The Handbell Choir meets at 5:30 Wednesday evenings from Fall to Spring. Positions are available for newcomers to hand bells as well as more experienced players. Greg Taylor is the contact for this group.

Complementary Violin Lessons are offered by Estella Evans at 4:30 on Wednesdays, from fall to summer. Most students are adults but Mrs. Evans welcomes students ages 7 and up. Beth Mooney at the church office can help those considering this ministry to get in touch with Estella.
